Journalists and communication specialists from La Chorrera participate in training on media coverage of migration

On October 28, 2021, a training session was held for journalists  and people related to social communications who are accredited and work for traditional media such as radio, digital or printed newspapers, and television that have a presence in the district of La Chorrera, as well as institutional communicators who are located in the area and that are related to the work being carried out by  the International Organization for Migration (IOM).

The training was carried out in person and focused mainly on the press coverage of migration and its link with IOM's work in La Chorrera. Adis Quevedo, IOM Project Specialist, presented the organization's Community Intervention Strategy and other projects in execution in that district.
